Caribbean Estate 1136 is a air-conditioned self catering house sleeping up to six guests. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has a full en-suite bathroom. This room leads to the front veranda with two outside chairs. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom contains a tri-bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower. There is an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a washing machine, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area seats six people, while the lounge is comfortably furnished and is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels. The unit also has two carports and a portable braai.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?
