Monkey Thorn Guest Lodge is situated 35 minutes from the Kruger National Park and offers accommodation for up to 18 guests in nine suites. White River is a popular holiday destination for both locals and foreign tourists looking to enjoy the beauty of the Crocodile River Valley. The area has three irrigation dams and a number of nearby forests offering plenty for outdoorsy types to enjoy.

Monkey Thorn Guest Lodge has nine stand alone suites each offered on a bed and breakfast basis.

The lodge is set in six hectares of indigenous garden and the suites each have their own patio where guests can sit and enjoy the sunsets or listen to the early morning chirps of the visiting birds.

There is a TV with DStv offering selected channels, a minibar, a two seater couch and tea / coffee making facilities. Bed linen, bathroom towels and a hairdryer are provided.
