Uzuri is set high in the hills, affording views of the valley and the majestic Waterberg Mountains. It is luxuriously equipped and situated in a private area of the farm. The lodge is booked for one group at a time so that the entire home is for your exclusive and private use.

Self Catering Accommodation

Uzuri Lodge is situated within the borders of the Mabalingwe Nature Reserve and is equipped with all the amenities to make a stay relaxing and pleasant. The lodge sleeps up to 10 guests on a self catering basis.

The upstairs part of the house has three bedrooms; two are furnished with Queen-size bed and one has two single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a separate guest bathroom for the additional rooms.

There are a further two bedrooms in the downstairs section. One of these room is en-suite and has a Queen-size bed and the other has two single beds.

The house has an open plan lounge and dining room with a fireplace. The lounge is comfortably furnished and the dining table seats 10. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering.

There is a splash pool and deck as well as a large boma with fire pit and seating area.

Leigh sent us very detailed emails, providing detail of what activities are available and what can be booked. She also provided check in details, and directions. When we arrived, there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us, and the dinner table had been set. Johanna, the housekeeper, was lovely. The games room downstairs was a real treat too. The jacuzzi, the pool table and the darts board offered nice opportunities for a fun family weekend.
